Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Lennoelia Designs pieces are designed and made in Western Australia. Some pieces are held in stock and ready to dispatch, while others are made to order in your selected colour and finish.

Made-to-order pieces

Please allow approximately 15–20 business days from order confirmation for made-to-order pieces to be produced and prepared for dispatch or collection.

This timeframe allows for the pouring, curing, finishing and sealing processes involved in creating our concrete pieces. Our Lazy Susans are commonly made to order in your selected colour and finish.

Where a product has a different lead time, this will be noted on the individual product page.

Available Now

Pieces listed in our Available Now collection are already made and ready to leave the studio. These pieces will generally be prepared for dispatch or collection within 2–3 business days.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Shipping time is additional to any production lead time. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the destination and shipping service.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement from our studio in Yanchep, Western Australia.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and provide collection details.

Delivery delays

While we will always aim to have your order ready within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to production, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.
