Returns & Refunds

At Lennoelia Designs, our pieces are individually made, poured and finished in our Western Australian studio. Variations in colour, movement, pattern and surface are part of the character of concrete and our finishing processes. These variations are particularly evident in our marbled and Pilbara Signature pieces and mean that no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully. Lennoelia Designs does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind. This applies to made-to-order pieces, custom or personalised pieces, and products purchased from our Available Now collection.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at admin@lennoeliadesigns.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant so that we can assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Care and use

Concrete is a natural, characterful material. Small variations in colour, texture and surface appearance that are inherent to the material or our described finishing process are not, by themselves, considered faults.

Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, inappropriate cleaning, accidental damage or use contrary to the care instructions provided with the product is not considered a manufacturing fault. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
